Team Management

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your unusd.cloud organization.

Note: Team collaboration is available on Business (up to 5 members) and Enterprise (up to 25 members) plans.

Roles

Role Description
Admin Full access to all features, settings, and team management
FinOps Access to cost data, reports, and scanning features
Viewer Read-only access to dashboards and reports

Inviting Team Members

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address and select a role
  4. The invitee receives an email with a link to join

Managing Members

Admins can:

  • Update member roles
  • Remove members from the organization
  • Resend invitations for pending members

What Members See

All team members share the same:

  • AWS accounts and scan results
  • Cost optimization recommendations
  • Analytics and dashboards
  • Notification settings

Each member sees the organization's data based on their role permissions.
